MAMBA is a dark, seductive, late-night live-music venue, premium cocktail bar and restaurant developed by 1201 Events, overseeing concept creation, branding, launch strategy, entertainment programming and operations.

Designed to stand apart from Phuket’s traditional nightlife, MAMBA centres its experience around late-night live music and DJ-driven energy, elevated by a premium cocktail offering and a refined Latin-inspired small-plates menu. The atmosphere intensifies through immersive performances — from dancers and fire acts to cabaret moments and theatrical interactions — before revealing the more provocative side of the brand, including tarot readings, a confession booth, and for those bold enough, a resident tattooist offering free flash tattoos throughout the night.

Our intention was to create an atmosphere that balances refinement with something wilder and more ritualistic, delivering a distinctive identity and a sensory nightlife experience for Bang Tao. Through cohesive brand development, high-impact teaser campaigns and a meticulously coordinated launch, MAMBA debuted with a sold-out opening and strong first-month performance, establishing itself as the area’s first true late-night live-music venue and its most provocative new destination.
